Service Description
Our Stix Social Package is the perfect all-in-one option for intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, hosting a client event, or simply bringing your people together — we’ve taken care of the essentials so you can focus on the moment. This 4-hour package includes: 🍽 Private Chef Experience – A locally crafted menu featuring four appetizers, one simple dessert, and a fresh fruit display or a premium taco bar. (Vegetarian option available upon request) 🎈 Event Styling – A statement balloon installation or floral display designed by our trusted event curator to bring visual impact to your celebration 🎧 DJ Services – Set the tone with a professional DJ to keep the vibe flowing 🍸 Bartender – A certified bartender to serve your guests (Client provides alcohol and mixers) All services in this package can also be booked à la carte. This bundle is simply the most seamless (and cost-effective) way to host a stylish, well-supported event in our home venue. Please Note: This package is designed for a 4-hour event, space hours can be extended. Setup and Cleanup are included in the price to ensure a carefree experience Venue rental is handled separately via Peerspace through Spaces at Stix Once your date is secured, we’ll walk you through booking this curated add-on.




Cancellation Policy
Stix Social Package Policies • Booking Eligibility: This package is exclusively available to guests who have already secured a booking at Spaces at Stix. A valid venue reservation is required before confirming this package. • Guest Capacity: The package is designed for events hosting up to 30 people. • Time Requirement: A 4-hour minimum booking is required for all Stix Social Package reservations. • No Substitutions or Mix & Match: The package is pre-curated and cannot be altered or mixed with other vendors or services. Customizations must be requested directly through our vendor inquiry form if you’d like a different setup. • Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: While the deposit is non-refundable, we allow one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 7 days in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability. • Add-Ons: Additional hours or guests may incur extra charges and must be approved in advance.
